Here are my top flaws I’m working on this off-season:
- too much swaying - fix/drill: one legged swings to force me to swing around body more
- casting the club on downswing - fix/drill: don’t know yet
- bobbing my head up and down - fix/drill: shorter back swing preventing forcing the club to parallel
- unhinging my wrists too early on downswing - fix/drill: one legged swings to make the arms work more
The smaller items I need to work on are listed below. The tough part is that I don’t know if some of the small issues should be worked on first that will address my “top flaws”. I will try to get a lesson too.
- losing spine angle by standing up through swing
- hitting fat wedge shots
- blocking the ball right/not releasing club at impact
- bad course management
- not playing within myself
